The parcel covers an area of 17 ares with a beautiful western exposure at the entrance to the village of Monthélie. The vineyard is around thirty years old.
tasting
Pale gold in colour, this wine releases aromas of white fruits boosted by vegetal notes.
You can start drinking it from its second year in the bottle up to 6 years. Serving temperature: 12°C.
Food and wine pairings
Goes well with poultry, seafood and fish in sauce.
Note de millésime
Le millésime 2021 tranche avec les deux précédents, en effet il se caractérise par une année de pluie homogène, un ensoleillement normal mais principalement présent au printemps et à l’automne et des températures de saison toute l’année. 2021 se définit surtout par plusieurs épisodes de gel importants intensifié par une forte hydrométrie. Il en résulte une faible récolte mais des Bourgognes classiques et équilibrés.
