The parcel benefits from a predominantly clay soil with marly veins and a full southern exposure. It has 45-year-old vines, found in Pommard.
tasting
With its brilliant ruby color, this charming wine expresses a nose rich in red fruits. The mouth is both round and fresh with light and tasty tannins.
Best served at 15 to 16°C.
Food and wine pairings
Like all fruity wines, this red is easily adaptable if the dish is not too spicy. However, it is with grilled meats that we prefer it.
Note de millésime
Le millésime 2021 tranche avec les deux précédents, en effet il se caractérise par une année de pluie homogène, un ensoleillement normal mais principalement présent au printemps et à l’automne et des températures de saison toute l’année. 2021 se définit surtout par plusieurs épisodes de gel importants intensifié par une forte hydrométrie. Il en résulte une faible récolte mais des Bourgognes classiques et équilibrés.
