The parcel has poor, shallow, fast-draining, very rocky soil perfectly reproducing the conditions of a hillside.

The color is pale yellow, clear and brilliant. The nose is floral and fruity with lemony notes.
To drink young during the first 3 years in the bottle during which it offers all its aromas and freshness. Serving temperature: 10 to 12°C
Food and wine pairings
Ideal as an aperitif with friends, also goes well with seafood and shellfish or as an accompaniment to a casual dinner.
Note de millésime
Le millésime 2021 tranche avec les deux précédents, en effet il se caractérise par une année de pluie homogène, un ensoleillement normal mais principalement présent au printemps et à l’automne et des températures de saison toute l’année. 2021 se définit surtout par plusieurs épisodes de gel importants intensifié par une forte hydrométrie. Il en résulte une faible récolte mais des Bourgognes classiques et équilibrés.
