Auxey-Duresses
Vieilles Vignes
This cuvée results from the harvest of two parcels over 60 years old found on the eastern slope of the valley of Auxey Duresses.
Crystal clear and brilliant a beautiful gold color. The nose releases buttery and toasted hazelnut notes with a touch of vanilla.
You can start drinking it from its 2nd year in the bottle and age it up to 4 to 5 additional years. Serving temperature: 10 to 12°C.
To be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or with fish in sauce.
Note de millésime
Le millésime 2021 tranche avec les deux précédents, en effet il se caractérise par une année de pluie homogène, un ensoleillement normal mais principalement présent au printemps et à l’automne et des températures de saison toute l’année. 2021 se définit surtout par plusieurs épisodes de gel importants intensifié par une forte hydrométrie. Il en résulte une faible récolte mais des Bourgognes classiques et équilibrés.
