Located at the foot of the hill, the vineyard is part of the parcels of Beaune which are an extension of Pommard. It is well placed since it adjoins an area classified as 1er cru.

tasting

Deep ruby ​​in color with garnet nuances, this wine releases notes of black fruit on the nose. The silky mouth is marked by velvety tannins and a beautiful fruity and slightly musky aroma.

Service

This wine can be drunk from its second year in bottle and can be aged for up to 8 years. Serving temperature: 15 to 16°C.

Food and wine pairings

This wine will go perfectly with white meats, but also with Burgundy dishes such as beef bourguignon.
